InConnect offers direct connections to our hospital partners' patient management systems, enabling doctors to seamlessly engage with their patients through high-quality video calls on the app.

How does a virtual doctor visit work?

1. The patient receives a message and notification from the care partner regarding the appointment time, viewable on the app's home page.
2. Before the appointment time, the patient clicks on the join link.
3. The patient enters the Virtual Waiting Room where they await the Medical Assistant (MA) to join.
4. The MA joins, prepares the patient for the virtual consultation, and once ready, connects the patient to the doctor for the virtual visit to commence.
